Our menu is odd in some places. Half the menu is typical classic diner *** (burgers, ribs, wings, spaghetti, wraps). Other half is more highbrow or classics with a modern twist. Such as the BLBTB (citrus aoli, bacon, arugula, bacon, tomato jam and more bacon on a telera roll) sammich.
Clientele age averages 50+. Modern twist stuff doesn't sell too well.
