Most (all) of the places I tried to make an email with were invasive to my privacy and wanted phone numbers or a link to facebook or gmail.
My facebook is fake. So I'm not using that.
Google at this place is used by everyone and I'm not having their ***added to mine.
Everything wants me to add "security" measures that are obviously not secure at all, not only are they 100% ineffective. They are selling your info and phone number to marketers...
I don't enjoy telemarketer and fake collection agency calls in the middle of dinner time (or ever).

No one calls you from google, they just place targeted ads based on your account navigation history when you browse around.
