the work for the day is teaching people to be mindful of their tone to help recognize when they are jumping to conclusions in their interactions. a lot of people get triggered by certain accents or tones and our brain jumps to thinking a person is a liar, ignorant, or trying to get something for free.

Yeah sadly the local school here has a principal, and soon to be superintendent who doesn't listen to parents about bullying. I have heard from 3 different families that they went to him about issues their kids brought up and he simply asked them to leave saying "There is no bullying in this district."

It is sad that the only way his attitude will come back on him will likely be when a kid loses their life over it.
