Running through missions on STO on my Delta Recruit character for all the free bonuses and it's really helping the fleet.
As soon as the upgrade to station an Engineering officer on the starbase is complete, it's going to slot the upgrade to station a Tactical officer there, and once that completes we'll have finally have enough tactical experience to upgrade to a tier 3 shipyard.
After that I might do the one to station a bartender on the starbase...

Has anyone stayed a prolonged period of time in Japan that can give advice on reasonably priced cell phone providers?
So far looking up prices from Docomo and Softbank has created more confusion than anything x_x.

Also lmao, for all the rest of you PC hardware nerds out there like me, AMD's new RX 480 4GB version has 8GB of physical RAM attached. You can flash the bios and activate all 8 gigs. They're literally charging $40 for a software switch.

I just use MSE and keep backups, periodically run anti-malware scans, nothing fancy and low profile.
Only viruses I've had since XP were caused by sheer stupidity (herp derp this probably isn't a good idea and does it anyway) and I knew better or one sneaked it's way on a usb stick (hence why I bought a write-protect usb stick for my utility drive).
edit: which reminds me, I need to get into a better practice of properly backing up important data and a list of recoverable stuff, along with using a pw manager, as it's getting ridiculous. At the least then I'd also be protected against zero day *** like ransomware, as those are just fun. Especially the network crawling ones that like to infect connected shares.
