Mind if I ask why? Just curious. I loved both movies. I think maybe the ending of Interstellar would make The Martian a bit better. Both were fantastic movies, IMO of course.
AMD's RX 480 is pretty fascinating. according to leaked benchmarks it should perform around the level of a 980ti/Fury for $200.

Not quite. Those DLCs may have provided a groundwork for modders to do things more easily, and in some cases if a mod uses a resource from a DLC then that mod requires that DLC to be used. It does NOT mean that the mod could not have been created without the DLC existing.
Home mods existed before Heathfire was created. Entire questlines in areas external to the base game existed before Dragonborn etc.
She tries to imply, not even imply she flat out says it is impossible for a "create a vault" mod to exist without Bethesda releasing a DLC for it first. This is untrue, and another user even posted a link to one that already exists.
The same is true for the Arena DLC, which already existed in mod form before Bethesda released it.

Also I tried to do mods before rbut couldn't get the program to run correctly on my laptop, kept crashing on me lol. One of the things I tried to make was a motorcycle mod for NV (I know there's prolly some out there as well lol)

If I ever got into modding I think I would like to focus on follower mods. Willow is my favorite mod ever, hands down, thumbs up, foot salad. She completely changed the way I play New Vegas and I can not stand playing it without her (made me super sad on my Legion playthrough).

Regents week, nothing is broken/breaking but we can't work on other projects because we have to "be on standby with as little presence felt as possible".
So, yeah.
Also I just learned that AR in AR-15 does not stand for Assault Rifle or Automatic Rifle. Apparently it is just a brand-name (kinda) that stuck with it.
