I have my new linux server up and running.
Installed teamviewer, vmware workstation and have the raid array building and I didn't need to bug my linux admin friend to assist.
To be fair I totally cheated with the raid and used webmin to do it instead of just the mdadm commands.

large cities like say london, use automation on the traffic lights, which is managed by people in rush hours.
