Are you on mobile? Try removing "-s" from "mbox-s" in the address bar. The screenshot you posted is from the simplified mbox that has no post toolbar. Otherwise it's probably a cache thing.

Yeah, mine does that too on mobile.

EDIT: Only -s, that is.

Edit: sometimes if someone sends me a PM it will go through but if I click into the inbox and make it not new it wont load again if I try to go back to it. (if that makes sense >.> werds hard)
