Have you seen the housing zones? They're quite large and everyone can see items in yards and when they add new ones it's 60 houses per ward and small houses can have 20 items in the yard, medium 30, large 40. I also think there should be enough for everyone but it's SE so I know that's not realistic lol
I like the ward system though, can hang out in other yards or go poke around in houses
I don't know how many players can be online at the same time though, I found a 2 year old post saying they were upping it to 7800 or something, might be more now.

Oh man! So last night we went out to get some late night grub that I was craving. When we got back, everyone else in the house was asleep. But when we were walking downstairs I thought I heard my fiance whisper "Hi" to someone, maybe someone had woke up. So I asked him if he did, he gave this look like I was crazy and said no. Fishing is my #1 source atm. It's pretty solid.. aside from Kali undercutting me at times. *shakes fist* I KNOW YOUR RETAINERS KALI!
I also do a lot of mining.
If anyone needs Ice clusters (I should start fishing for wind..) I'll sell them at a discount.

Finished work today feeling so great. Busted my butt all day and as I was clocking out my manager told me I was a badass.
