I need some help.

I thought strange a purchase I did after my FF explorer was sent arrived today. Then I checked in the site and found this:



Well, wtf is this? Stuff was already in Brasil now it was sent back to USA??? My address seems correct, idk what happened, just seems so stupid...

It may not have had the proper documentation and been sent back from customs.

Even when I ship things from the usa to mexico and stupid canada I have to include the nafta certificates, three copies of the commercial invoice, packing list, etc etc etc

My bet is that whoever shipped it to you did it wrong.

I think the best action right now is to send an email to SE asking explanations and see if they will send back.

Maybe, if they confirm it was their fault, i can even ask some sort of compensation.

it says the processing was completed... but it doesn't say it cleared/passed.

We always put a disclaimer on our shipments that says the receiver is responsible for all duties, fees, taxes, etc.
