Guess I'm just paranoid as ***. Dad has had 4 heart attacks during my lifetime and I actually saw it going down at least 2 of those times.
That being said glad you're fine though, but if you do get the above symptoms don't post about it, get some help, lie down, take any potential hypertension medication you might have sublingually, and try to losen any constrictive clothing.

Np, I used to get heart flutters all the time as a kid, not so much anymore though.
I once had a pinched nerve in my left shoulder though, which made my left arm hurt and feel really weak, which made me think I was having a heart attack. Mad scary :<

I think I had a trapped nerve in my neck yesterday, it was agony just to move my neck to the right, then I cracked it and it was like gigantic relief after a second of huge cracking noises lol

If you were close to an impending heart attack you'd be having severe chest pain, cold clammy hands, a shooting pain through the left arm, sweating etc. You'd literally be unable to type anything out with everything that would be going on. Heart murmurs just happen sometimes :/

I hate heart murmurs though, it makes it feel like you've just had a huge fright for no reason at all.
I need to replace my frail organs
psh just take them out and replace them all with computer parts...
