And that's the problem with American eating.
From the age of about two we've had high-sugar, high-fat, high-carb food thrown at us and it's *** delicious, our taste buds are overblown from the start and nothing au natural is ever as good unless you add those things to it.
Even good strawberries are made infinitely better adding chocolate or real whipped cream.
I know.
Which is why I said "boring."

Mushrooms trigger my puke reflex raw and/or whole.
About the only place I like mushrooms is shaved very thin and tossed in the assorted veggies, and fried in sesame oil, in my Asian cuisine.
Rescue Rangers was cool, but that was more of a team effort with Chip and Dale being more comedic than bad ***.

For some reason, eating raw white or what I prefer the baby bella mushrooms has the opposite effect on me in that if I ever have stomach aches or especially too much acid or something similar they seem to be a better cure than any medicine. They make me feel better within 15-20minutes.

The thing with mushrooms for me is twofold. 1) the texture has an odd mouth feel to me that I simply do not care for. I can't explain it other than to say that since I was a child they've always felt "off" to me and 2) the earthiness of their flavor overpowers things to me. Which is weird, given most consider them a mild flavor. But there's something about them that just deadens or otherwise draws from the flavor of anything I'm eating them with.
Like I said. Cut up fine enough and cooked they're okay, because that sufficiently changes the texture and diffuses the flavor, mixing it with the rest of the food enough that I even enjoy what they offer. But it larger or raw form they're simply gag-inducing for me.

I'm thinking JOBSTER is about one of the worst job search sites ever second time dealing with them and they can't even send me offers in the fields I asked for. I did however get 7 education offers in one email.

The NY Dept of Labor site keeps sending me job listings for a town in MA with the same name as our town.
Isn't it great having your potential ability to live in the hands of such capable people? lol

We'd get these apples at the end of summer so they wouldn't fall off until it was cold. It wasn't a problem lol
