Speaking of which, I really hope to see neo-noir subgenre make a comeback. Even ones that involve synthetic humans again, as I'm a big fan of Phillip ***'s Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? and all the concepts, complexities and questions therein.

Anything-noir and I'm in. Classic detective stories, Noir Punk. Deco Punk. Neo-noir. Whatever.
That dark/gritty overlay lends itself so well to so many other sub-genres.
I'm trying to imagine a ffxiah party... you can bore everyone to tears and the brink of suicide while chaos searches our coat pockets for change...and old mints...that he will also steal and eat later for dinner.
Hey, I'm sure he brought... something... to the music industry. He has to, considering the gnashing of people's teeth every time I mention that he's not for me. I'm sorry for the world's loss and it's a tragedy nonetheless. He's just not my cuppa tea.

We're not knacking on you for your preferences; after all, taste in just about anything is ultimately subjective to the individual. However, it seems to be an ill fitting time to jump into the fray and willingly go against the grain to expose your distaste within our loss.
It's 8pm, still early to be hungry for me but tonight I'm making chicken and that stupid thing always takes forever to cook...maybe I should get started.
Well, if you refer to my first post, that's exactly what happened with several people when I made a thread about Philip Seymour Hoffman. I got a bunch of people calling the guy worthless and a talentless hack (two things I did not do, by the way) and it just continued like that until the thread faded into obscurity. So, I just assumed that was the norm. Also, note how I kept it out of the main thread. I also never demeaned his memory or said anything negative about the guy. I just gave my two cents, and I'm sorry people dislike it.
I wanted to make a thing I saw on facebook, but I chickened out.
Basically you take a round loaf of bread, slice it up/down and sideways like a grid. Then you put pizza sauce in between the cracks and stuff them with chicken, ham, and cheese. Then it is like a pull-a-part yummy thing.

I have to go through 2.5k emails for work to find something small that might not even be needed. Have a career they said! it will be fun they said! I'm surprised to find that almost all of my emails I send out aren't related to work at all. What do I even do here?
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
