Making the first draft of a webpage is so much fun.
Especially if the customer decides to throw away some functionality you built in a few days later.
Only to wish it back a week or two after that!

everything premade tastes horrible. cheese sauce is actually pretty simple to make. you melt good butter (no shitty margarine) in a pot and add flower till you get like a peanutbuttery concistency, the ocrrect cooking term for this mixture is "roux" and is used in french cooking as a thickner for many classical sauces. let cool (you can actually keep this several days/weeks in the fridge). grate your desired cheeses in a kitchen aid. heat a pot of milk, let the milk boil, add chunks of the butter/flower mixture till the milk gets your wanted thickness, add your grated cheeses, keep on swirling the milk with a spoon or whisk (dont know the words in english but you get the pic, dont let it boil to long or it will burn). mix it with a soupblender thingie...homemade cheese sauce
