I was a huge Mountain Dew drinker...(vodka yes prz!) But I switched to water almost only...I used to get headaches when I didn't have the MD, but now I can have a lil bit and not get a headache the next day.
I was so miserable...but I feel so much better now :) Combine that with dropping some stress out of my life...I'm so full of happy :D
wow me too! i used to drink like almost 1l a day, then last november i started having stomach problems and i decided to switch to water for a week to help clear my system, at the end of the week i tried picking mt dew back up, and it just didnt taste the same, so i stuck with water.
but then my sleep schedule and my ADHD got all screwed up.
(i later read that small amounts of caffeine can help regulate ADHD =.=)
