It's called panuozzo, it's typical of my region. It's just a very long flat bread with a filling of your choice cooked in the oven. It sounds like nothing special but at the same time it's different cause it doesn't actually taste like a normal sandwich as they use a specific type of bread made only for that.
I looked up photos. The bread looks pretty yummy.
