Last run was going very well, got about 15 days in and Boris joined my group. Unfortunately I was pretty well out of safe areas to scavenge and the only resource left was stealing from some homeless folks. They didn't put up much of a fight and Boris made it out, but he had to kill like 8 people on the way out.
The next evening he killed himself, which made another person kill himself and then we were out of food anyway. :<
