Lol good luck, no one goes to church here
That's part of what makes it amusing to me. I'm hoping to at least hear about them getting funny reactions from people. Also, I always thought missionary work was supposed to be done in countries with people who are disadvantaged and need some form of actual help. Instead, they're going to a country where most people probably live better than they do.
there is bound to be a large number of poor people in any country though, makes sense.
Well, true. I may have worded that poorly. I meant that missionaries typically target areas that are vastly more disadvantaged than where they come from.

With the numbers I came up with (Google, so take that for what it's worth), the US poverty rate is around 14.5%. In Sweden, as of 2012, it was listed at 26.7%. But, my cousin and his wife are coming from Alabama, which has a poverty rate of 28%. So it seems to me that they'd have better luck working from within their own community. Which would also let them put their church's money (or whoever is funding their trip) to better use.

Edit: But what do I know? I'm the guy who is blocked by both his sister and her husband on Facebook for posting things about religion that they don't like.

I'm not really sure. They had posted that they were going to run some sort of youth camp. But the only post I see now doesn't specify how long they'll be there. I thought it was supposed to be a month or two but maybe I'm mis-remembering. They did requests for donations to be able to do it, though.

that is saddening to see. I'm guessing they are both against gay marriage?

Would be odd to come here then since the church has no problem with it (we even have an openly lesbian bishop)

Well, they're against that, too. But I'm atheist. They've had me blocked for a while now.

I miss watching weird and creepy shows on the old Cartoon Network.

Shows like Ed, Edd and Eddy, Misadventures of Flapjack, Chowder, and Courage the Cowardly Dog.

I have a serious and random question for the ladies.

As a man, I am finely aware of when something comes withing physical contact range of my genitals. As in if I was leaning over a desk and my junk through my pants was lying on the desktop, I would no matter what I'm doing be consciously aware that I was also in that moment of time, flopped on the desk.

Is this the same for the women out here? If your breasts are brushing up against things or perhaps people, would it be a reasonable assumption for me to think that you would be obviously aware of it?

Your answer helps! Thank you in advance.

I'm obviously aware, most of the time I try not to even get within touching distance of people because of this, because it might make them uncomfortable.

But yeah when I'm like reaching for something behind like say a couch, I can feel it and the pressure is sometimes uncomfortable for me. So yeah I'm aware of they are touching stuff.

I am aware. depending where the counter hits, whether under boob or low that i have to bend forward, i tend to feel awkward and try covering up or be in a position that im hoping it's not noticeable

And it does hurt if you bump into something that level
