A few years back, I had this idea to find an old Jiffy Lube or something, I mean like a really old, red brick gas station/garage building, preferably one near where new residences are popping up, and have it rezoned as a residential lot and basically remodel the place into a home, using an old VW camper-van in the garage part as a bedroom.

@Bolded: LOL Okay. It's not like the incredibly popular Visual Kei rock bands/pop groups exist. Or Kabuki. That was totally never a thing either. Or the cross dressing Maid Cafes. Or the numerous Japanese amateur musicians/artists on Youtube cross dressing.
