Well got a better picture of the Demon Book who I'm gonna call Ylk'eorz.
There's 2 possible outcomes from what I managed to translate.
1 - It's all gibberish.
2 - Each word is from a different language.
Number 1 would be total *** given how large the text is but number 2 is kind of cool if that is what it is. Will have to wait till Heavensward to see the book myself and get some better screenshots.

She's supposed to be moving out sometime in the end of May beginning of June, but she's installing carpet where she's moving to and they're not going to be there till June 5th and she doesn't want to move all her things there seeing as how she'll have to move it all back out once they install the carpet....
