Random Thoughts.....What are you thinking?

That made me think about the pigeon's nickname: the turtle dove. That made me think of the song The 12 Days of Christmas.
As I was thinking of the song, it dawned on me: there are entirely too many goddamn birds in that song. Ahem: Seven swans a-swimming Six geese a-laying Four calling birds Three French hens Two turtle doves And a partridge in a pear tree Who the *** wants that many birds at Christmas time? Offline

And no, Spectrum is a British (Clive Sinclair) thing while MSX came from Japan. lol Ragnarok.Yatenkou said: » Ugh dammit SE, give steam users their pre-order for Heavensward already.... I wouldn't worry too much about the Steam version. They said it'll be up before the Early Access (or that they'd honor early access)

Ugh... whatever my roommate made, the smell is making me nauseous...
This is what I started on:

For as long as she could remember, she was gifted with a special power; she could see images in people's minds. Not actually read minds but it was like everyone's mind was trying to tell a story from just a picture book without using words. She often saw images in people's minds like dangerous weather like hurricanes or of a mixture of dark colours of smoke being compressed and often saw simple colours movements and shapes in the minds of young children. For some reason she could never see the image her own mind created, and it was like her vision got foggy when she tried. One day on her way to school she saw a young man sitting on the bus in front of her with the most beautiful image she had ever seen. His mind's image was swirling with pastel subtlety yet intense colours and sunlight dancing elegantly together. she noticed the longer she stared at him, more and more colours in the movement were apparent. Aurora decided she had to meet this young man and moved to sit next to him, then turned to face him again and smiled. "Hey, I'm Aurora." She said in her gentlest voice. The young man smiled back at her and said, "I'm Alex." His eyes met her gaze and instantly his mind's image began to change. The sunlight started to intensify but the colours slowly began to lose their intensity and slowly became dancing streams of greys and whites.
