Sounds like a good place to start.
I'd make a healthy doughnut place where it would be made using gluten free ingredients, including tofu. I'll call it "Doughnots".

I got a jar of Sambal Oelek for a recipe I made, once. It wasn't really worth the purchase, though.

You get it at specialty places and food trucks, mainly the really big cities where that type of weirdness can get enough customers.

I just have mustard and ketchup on it which is how people normally eat them here, maybe some roasted onion too
We eat more boiled (steamed?) ones than grilled though

That stuff is great to use in thai noodles with peanut sauce!
