Funnily enough, there's something similar in Dragonball Z.
In the movie with Super Android 13, when Super 13 punches Goku in the Gotens

Ha, that's gold.
I remember that! I laughed a bit when I first saw it. I'm sure Goku felt that in the morning. I mean, if Goku and Gohan can gently pick up a wine glass while Super Saiyan and it shatter with no effort...think of how hard an android punching you must be.
Reminds me of this. Comedy gold.

Also I had to read on whether or not spicy food will ruin your taste buds... Just curious about since now I have finished the 28 oz bottle of Sriracha and the smaller 17 oz...

Time to buy more...

BTW~ while the article I read said it may damped the taste buds temporarily, they do regrow back but for maybe two weeks, the taste buds will not be 100%, so I wonder if that's like anything you do..

Even drinking, where the first shot glass of something might be brutal, if you kept sipping at it, then after a week, you could down the whole bottle... I did that with a bottle of Captain Morgan..

First day, it tasted like ***. Then after a few days I could drink a low ball glass straight... by that week end, I downed over a quarter of the bottle without flinching..
Ever tried Garlic Tobasco? It's pretty good.

I've never had a problem downing Captain Morgan's brand of rum.

Ever.

However, I had to grow up getting used to my dad's spicy food fetish, but there has been no damage to my taste buds, because of how they work. I would also wager to say the article in question (since it's not linked) is also full of *** - which most usually are, since they happen to be opinion pieces with limited understanding of how specific parts of the body works.

That said, it wouldn't be hard to prove, or disprove such information by cross checking references contained within the article, or the validity of their claims, or the legitimacy of the specialists named.

I've tried that before but wasn't too impressed, probably because it was off-brand. Ever tried 357 Mad Dog?

I was disappointed with how weak Frank's Red Hot sauce (supposedly their spiciest recipe) really was.

I tried the Chicken Bacon Onion Burger from McD's...

Very disappointed.

At the very least, the Mighty Angus Jalapeno burger was decent.
