Guns are already far too readily available in some places as it is.

Legally and illegally, to be people who shouldn't own guns at all.

Jesus, that's *** up. And then we have people who are advocating to have guns be more readily available. Ugh.
Personally, as a gun nut, I think you should have to be tested and receive a card that says you have been deemed safe to own a firearm. Kinda like a driver's license. I like guns, they can be fun recreationally, but I absolutely hate seeing innocent people hurt by them, especially when ignorance plays a part in it.

EDIT: You already have to have a Hunter's Safety Certificate to hunt here if you were born after a certain year.

Did incursion today, 3 runs of 3 NMs:
Ignor-Mnt
Tryl-Wuj, and
Liij Vok.

I got nada, but 1 member of our run got pretty much every notable drop from their coffers except the Zennaroi Earring.

And all I wanted was that sword ; ;

I uploaded a copy of my color filter profile to mega. Unzip then put all the files into the ffxiv directory's "game" folder. Alt-f10 toggles the filter on and off

But they can sure fix themselves. We're just stuck in a position that stops them from being fixed.

I've yet to see that happen, so color me skeptical.

Something I learned today, apparently when you install new nvidia drivers, it disables sli and sets it back to default.

Apparently, in XIV, Bind effects stop a mob not only from moving but also from turning in place to attack you. TIL

It does but except for holmgang hitting it with anything will break the bind. It works the same when they player is bound, get bound facing away from something and no more attacking till it's gone.

I figured it was like XI where the mob would spin. Any attack seems to break bind though.

Well, it's pretty old, but the thing is, Anime kinda comes back. People still watch Speed Racer and Astroboy, they were even made into movies in the past few years.
