Normally don't get very sore or sore at all after working out now. Did deadlift the other day since injured neck/smith machine sucks anyway.

Was all "I could probably of done more weight" last night. Tried to stand and my lower back and glutes were all "lolno *** you."

Forgot what that good, day-after, workout pain felt like.

Got some Chipotle for lunch, since it is just basically chicken and brown rice I didn't have to cook myself. Also cold chicken smells like cat food.

Now, time to study for civil service tests soon as I'm done eating. Assuming I don't get lost in the internet anyway.

Most I might do is take off my tie and unbutton my shirt a bit. Though I have switched from the jacket to a vest already which feels more comfortable.

Maybe pants off singing later... Though carpeted floors make that far less entertaining. :<
