He has paeon if he needs TP because he's mismanaging it. Not liek the DPS drop he'd suffer actually matters in the grand scheme of anything outside of Coil.

I didn't mind Lightning Returns but running around and keeping track of what to do on a player's guide just ruined the game for me.
I always try and do all the sidequests I can the first time so I can experience as much of it as possible before beating it (since I likely won't be replaying it for a long time)
