Only spent about $850 for this one! :)
My old one which was about $1200 was rated a 5.5...
the CE metal case is pretty nice too :3

Battlefield hardline is so much fun, Used a fuel truck with c4 on it as a bomb one map, killed 10 dudes with it...

As powerful or nice as this PC is....everything I've tried to play today has had issues...

Did you install DirectX 9c?

I read that Shadow of Mordor doesnt run on anything less. I forget what my old PC had.
Most games are built on DX9, which windows 7 and up doesn't give the full files for it (or 8.0 and below) so when you instal DX11 you're missing the older files. I ran into this problem back when I first got windows 7 half my games (including FFXI) wouldn't launch. After extensive searching of the issue I picked up the DX9c files from filehippo, and every time I reformat or build a new PC I always do DX11 > DX9c > Microsoft .net Framework > Latest video drivers.

I got Shadow of Mordor to work, just verified the game's cache via Steam and it launched.

Unfortunately, Windows Experience will cap with the lowest spec note regardless what it is.
Usually it's disk performance what drags down a winning build on the final result.
So if you get 7.0 on disk and 7.9 on everything else your final score will be 7.0.
