Refurbished products generally void the factory warranty, because they've been "tampered with". You could argue the same for used, but it's much less likely a scenario. Also, the refurbished products tend to only come with a 30-60 day warranty, or return policy, which is highly fought against by most sellers of refurbished goods.
So, after the "good will" warranty expires, you're stuck with a potential PoS that can't be sent in for factory repairs on the factory warranty, and ends up costing almost as much as buying a brand new one.

lol yeah... my friend is so obsessed with trashing the game because of the graphics.
Cause you know, it isn't an old *** game, that can only be optimized so much.
