Power went out on my block for a good hour or so a little while ago.
My building is on a different circuit breaker than the other 3 buildings in the complex, while the rest of them are on the same one, so it was odd to see all 4 buildings without power.

Anyways, the entire building is separated from the other 3 complexes.
A few months ago a driver smashed into a power supply box(correct term?), leaving the street my building is on out of power - including the individual residences as well, but the other 3 buildings weren't affected.
So, I guess it would be main electrical line?
To that building, prolly.

But yes, an entire building could be on a single breaker.
