Right now I'm on an extended stay (180 days).
I've been thinking about attempting the abroad thing, maybe if I had some field experience in virtualization instead of just my toying with it extensively I could find a job overseas in it.

Anyone in tech/programming/IT that is an american citizen can pretty much go work+live abroad wherever they want.
Any company worth working for will do all the visa paperwork+relocation for you-pay for moving,etc.
5 years ago before I decided to work and live in sweden I had offers to work in Shanghai, Kyoto, iceland, sweden.
one's sense of adventure (or lack of) is really the only limiting factor.

Local duties and responsibilities are another factor. I mentioned one thing about a possible job in Ohio and got a dirty look, I'd hate to see what would happen if I said somewhere in another country.

I have 2 pulse cells for an ephemeron, that's still on my to get list.
I just get pulse cells for random things when I see them for like 100k or less.

I'm done with RME making and haven't found the willpower to farm hardcore for an afterglow yet, so goofing off wasting gil on lockstyle gear or silly pulse weapon things is my thing for now.

The Caladbolg was my first major endgame weapon, and it does look bad-*** (or pretty to those who think it's pretty), and I want to keep using it, or at least finish the weapon to 119.
