Today was a good day to do Adoulin missions.
Went from Behind the Sluices to somewhere around 4-3-2 before maintenance kicked in, and also only 3 assaults away from captain, and starting my wayward journey into building a mythic.
Probably Tizona, although with the rate of my growing stacked rudra's and Mandalic Stab, I might make a Vajra.
Only time will tell.

I sometimes sit there thinking to myself, at infomercials...people actually did this, people actually think people do this.

Unfortunately, infomercial ads specifically treat their target audience as HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE, because only the HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE seem to buy those products *because* for whatever reason, they feel as though it's accurately portraying their behavior.

basic weight bars like that come in a universal standard, and those are far too big to be 10 kilo plates.
If anything, the spotter is out of the shot, and typically stands 1 1/2 feet away, so as not to interrupt the rhythm of the lifter, or break their concentration.
I used to weight lift a lot in high school, and made myself knowledgeable on the subject of form, weights - both free and static, and many various exercises.
