So finally got a "Game Over" Tidus was confused, rikku dead and lulu tossing a Pheonix Down, luckily I only lost like 10~ minutes.

I always try to save even if it's just after doing a few fights.
I always try to change every character in to get AP points and try Rikku to mug or steal items. If most characters can get a slotted item with auto phoenix it helps on some fights because it doesn't waste a move.
I don't know why, maybe because I played FFX on different versions like the JP and International version, but Auron seems to be missing somethings. I always had him with First attack and 1 MP, but he has neither this time around...

Yeah, I was grinding and got lazy.
Those abilities should be armor/weapon based, not really anything to do with the grid.

The odd thing this time around is that I have way more spheres than I should. Usually in the game I am waiting for sphere but I think it's because I am not sending the characters to other characters spots and have them learn other abilities.
It's funny though with Seymour, I'll read a strategy guide on his fights but then just toss it out the window and still wipe the walls with him.

That would be one of the jokes. Obviously people aren't thinking when they make their strategy guides, or only do so after they've beaten the game, and have EVERYTHING unlocked in every grid.

Before you fight sin scales after the attack on Zanarkand at the beginning, make sure Tidus has the celestial weapon.
If only they made Cala available for run I'd have cared for it a lot more. But drk is a job that I only brought up cause it was a period where game was stale and there was nothing to do.
