It's somewhat random.

I've seen some pokemon in the wild with moves they couldn't learn even with TMs, breeding, etc.

And others still, like Lotad, starting off with Giga Drain

Okay this is probably a dumb question, but here it goes anyway.
Awhile back I purchased the Abyssea collection of FFXI on Steam, but since have purchased and registered for Seekers of Adoulin from Amazon. Would I be able to still receive and install the SoA data due to being registered from that content even if I only install the "abyssea" pack from steam? Or would SE be like "tough ***, buy it again"?
