only reason we got pizza here in the US is because Mussolini made lives very bad for Italy, so they moved to america those few Italians to be free and shared the love of there culture and pizza to us, god bless them
easy pancakes (I even got the metric version fer ya!)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon white sugar
2 large eggs (beaten)
30 grams butter (melted and cooled)
300 ml milk
225 grams plain flour
butter for frying
Mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, then mix the wet/dry together, melt butter in a pan for frying each pancake.
The pancake will be golden on the bottom edges and the center will have little holes all over when they are ready to be flipped over.
(Also the first pancake always turns out horrible for some reason, so don't worry, it's normal!)
I like to put butter on my pancakes then top with honey or fruit or jam of any kind :)
