Turn A Gundam and Gundam 00 are good post-Wing series. Reconguista of G is airing at the moment too and it's shaping up to be pretty good. Some really weird MS designs too, so that's a nice change.
Can't really recommend either SEED series or AGE though. Some good MS designs, but incredibly mediocre~bad shows.
Haven't watched Gundam X yet so can't really give a take on that, but I've heard it's pretty good if a little rushed at the end because of it's cancellation.

The Gundam Info Youtube channel currently has all of 00, SEED HD Remaster, SEED Destiny HD Remaster, Build Fighters and Build Fighters Try available for free if you need somewhere to watch any of them. They don't have the 00 movie though.
They occasionally have other series like Zeta and ZZ also, but only for limited times, so they might have Turn A and X at some point too.
