From my experience, women don't care if you're cut or not. Not sure if it makes a difference on a woman's end and I lack foreskin so I can't comment on whether or not it makes a difference in men.

Well, surely not all penises look the same, so even cut there are some that make you wonder if they went through some kind of carcrash(but vaginas too...), in the end it's just like faces, not everyone looks as good *flips hair* But anyway, it sure isn't attractive while flaccid, so make sure it's up when you show it around to amaze the ladies.
