stupidly spilled some liquid on the keyboard one day, had been using a halfway working keyboard from that point until I said screw it and took it out today. At least it doesn't beep at me anymore when it turns on ....

I just hope I didn't short out the ribbon port itself

Was looking for an old postal service commercial where a guy orders a stun gun a ninja shows up and does all his ninja sword swinging and they guy just shoots him.

Mind you Eslim I did this back in July, I was pretty much DOA with it then. $15 is nothing to self-replace it. I was worried I would have to take it to a 'professional' and have my butt bent over for hundreds
