LOL! I always need something to help me sleep on planes, especially on overseas flights. Alcohol works just fine. Where did you go?
I usually take 2 nyquil with me on overseas flights. When I was going to school in Hawaii I made that the flight back and forth likr 3 times each way so I would take 2 nyquil with me and pop them in after the meal XD
