on flights, drinks (soda,water,coffee) tend to be complimentary.
you have to pull out the credit card to order a meal (on a flight that doesn't include "complimentary" food service) or various alcoholic beverages.
if you fly lufthansa though, they give you free booze throughout the flight sooo

well, it may not be all of them, but most of them don't do it anymore because of peanut allergies Some airlines have them by request but when I flew to Sweden and back they didn't have them on KLM or Delta.
Also when flying. Fly KLM...free Heineken...all I'm sayin'.

I'm biased to fly within the SkyTeam group of airlines since my father works for Delta....yes even when I buy a ticket I fly with those airlines.

I like that policy!
My only complaint with KLM was they speak everything in Dutch and then English....I swear Dutch is a made up language it just sounds to flowing and happy it sounds like Gibberish. Mind you after a few beers I didn't care.

my last lufthansa flight i actually got drunk to the point of passing out because the attendant was hitting on me (i was sitting right next to the galley so he was standing there for most of the flight) and kept refilling my wine glass before i even finished the one i was on lol
