Palemoon {You can have this} (I stopped using regular Firefox @29 when they removed my disabling tabsontop, If I wanted tabs on top, I'd just *** use chrome.)

no, it goes window, menu bar, address bar (with back, forward, refresh home, address box, etc) then bookmarks menu then tabs.

I'll screenshot later, been up all night, need to go to bed.

it was getting so bad I had to go back to chrome.
Once in awhile, but then I turn it off and back on again, almost certain it's the flash plugin, as I usually will just kill the plugin container and let it restart on it's own and bam, good as new.

Flash sucks, but unfortunately too much ***uses it.
