EDIT: It just genuinely depends on what sort of culture you were brought up with, and how you grew to view nudity.
It kind of stops being acceptable entirely at puberty, and for a lot of persons way before then.

If I had billions of dollars to burn, I'd buy a hotel in ATX. Invite RT to come. Can be like a unofficial XI/gaming/anime event. Be full displays of AF/Relic/Empy gear that will be raffled off. Dinner etc.

Many ffxi themed hotel rooms of course volk with elevator music being theme songs and daily ffxi themed buffets. Make the front desk free as long as people can prove themselves by guest logging in a char there at the terminal.
And each large boardroom can be 18 pcs and lcds for an alliance of fun or people just gaming all day freely. Free bar like you said and a solid DJ for people to mingle. And of course a floor of rooms with pcs in them for the shy or hermit people but make the buffets amazing enough that they'll want to come partake instead of just room servicing

Depending on the hotel~ Possibly have certain areas themed too. So like one area can be Aht Urhgan themed or San d'Oria etc~ Maybe get the staff working there to also be in costume. Maybe have a few people running around in goblin suits. Would also like to have massage & spa services for anyone who wants to partake in that. Also yukatas and fireworks at night
