I wish it was something that hilarious. Sadly it is just that every time I loot a male corpse a ding dong pops up to great me.
I have tried overwriting my files with a male body mod that forces the use of underwear, and I ended up just getting underwear colored dangly parts.

I know of 2 mods that can possible produce penises.
I have installed and uninstalled both of them trying to dispose of these dingalings, with no luck.
If I install "Schlongs of Skyrim" I can force it to remove the penis and overwrite the underwears with custom speedos, but then I have "Schlongs of Skyrim" in my active mod menu.
If I partially install SoS and then install this other male body mod with underwear, it removes the dingdongs, but not properly. It leaves a see-through hole where the meat and two veg would be.

You should try to find a *** in a Box mod that covers their *** with boxes.

Before you started overwriting files, it should have been as simple as clicking deactivate mod and then clicking uninstall in Nexus Mod Manager. That always worked for any of my 100+ mods.
