Her name is Nastya Zhidkova, she's a Russian model. She's probably in the right light and wearing make-up, her skin isn't really that white, just very pale, and her hair is the usual whitish-blonde, not actually white.

Also, most people with Albinism don't have red eyes, most have blue or bluish-slate gray. In the right light, their eyes can seem purple. Red eyes and paper white skin and hair are a rarer form of Albinism. Albinism is usually accompanied by poor eyesight and Nystagmus (involuntary shaking of the eyes). They can dye their hair, but some dyes can fry their hair.

Let me tell you a couple of things about the inability to be in the sun though...
I even have to walk around with a parasol in summer(people look at me weird)
