I haven't really messed with telephony, I know guys that have, but all except 1 are ***, and the other doesn't work for free or I'd ask him. Do you still have vendor support, or did they stop paying and expect you to work magic on your own? What I want to know is why they gave such a big assignment to an entry level employee, nothing against you Volk, just you're lucky in a way. edit: can you export the current config? I don't think I can export the current config. As for being "new" and given this assignment... Well the entire company is based out of dallas. I'm in the austin branch who's current staff is 3 people. Me, my boss who's in sales, and the new guy who's a level 1 tech but has like 8 years exp cuz of military and stuff. . . . Given me cuz i'm the only guy on site for this place /shrug iono. :| the church/school staff are goofy, one calls me "baby" and the others talk about sending the police bikini pics and sending text messages that autocorrect to penis, then give me a hard time about it every time i go near them ; ;
