From 0% to 70.0%, well, imagine a slider.
As you move the slider to the right it gets slower, to the left it gets faster. It's no longer 4-5 diff rolls. At 70.1% and above it's the slow rolls, very noticeable difference between 70.0 and 70.1, and gets worse after that.
And they reduced invincibility frames, which you can gain back but putting points into Adaptability to raise your agility stat. About 100 agility (28ish Adaptability) to get Dark Souls 1 fast roll feeling back, in my experience.
