the F91, received a clean cut on the chest, and even exploded, yet it was in 1 piece at thee end of the battle, once the particles dispersed.
not sure how the fight vs Mao went, but the X ended up disassembled instead of any visible damage.
I thought the damage done to gunpla, was reflected on the model itself post battle. :(
(maybe I am wrong?)

Damage post battle has never been entirely consistent with damage sustained during the battle. Ral's Gouf was still in one piece after Reiji beat him for example.
My guess is it has to do with how much stress the plastic is under during the fight, so the longer the fight is and the more hits something takes, the more chance there is of it breaking/coming apart. F91 only took like 2 hits, so nothing broke.
Yup! I think Macross is only 5 years younger then that.
you prefer macross right?
Yep. I am a fan of Gundam too, obviously, but Macross is all in one universe (except for Macross II) so it's nice to see the story continue where as in Gundam, there are several Universes created. AW, CE, AD, UC, and AC. It CAN confuse some. Both are good ^^
I think Wing is the only Gundam I have ever watched. Tried watching one of the others (totally forget which one. Was way back on Toonami) but I just couldn't get into it.
Turn A, G, and AGE? Ty sir, I knew I was missing some.
Yup. Also MC if you wanna keep Frozen Teardrop seperate from the other Wing materials, since it uses the Mars Century calendar instead of After Colony.
I think most of us can agree that Wing is pretty damn enjoyable.
Really wish they'd animate Endless Waltz: Glory of Losers since it cleans everything up and actually includes explanations for things that were left out of the TV series for one reason or another (like backstory being dropped for 2 recap episodes because the production team was being swapped around).

If it was on Toonami, it was either G Gundam, 0079 (the original Gundam) or Gundam SEED. And I can totally see why it'd be hard to get into any of them.

This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
