I think smoking is really dumb but if people wanna smoke, go ahead. Just don't do it near other people. Smells like ***

I smoked some coloured ones at school, because I was under the impression I looked amazingly cool.I also smoked some called More, which were slim and looked like cigars.I didn't enjoy them really, and once I had realized that I actually looked like a stupid schoolgirl trying to look cool, I quit.Oh and there was the time my parents found my packet and broke them up into the bin one by one, tiny pieces.Never smoked since.
Keeps you warm on cold days, lol. ***. A lot of people try it because they see others doing it. Usually that's from those that start at a younger age. The oral fixation is very common, linking that to it being a stress reliever to some. That's probably the most common excuse. Then they don't quit because it has become an addition or a (bad) habit.
It's disgusting though. Smells nasty, tastes nasty during and after. By after I mean, have you ever kissed someone after they've smoked? Blech! Terrrrrrible.

If you want to get someone to stop, or just make them sick, put a fingernail clipping in the end of their cigarette. Yes it's gross, but it's oh so hilarious.

Always laughed at girls trying to get me to buy them cigarettes or booze, so stupid. Wasn't even able to since I was too young lol
I knew someone who smoked cigarettes and said it like started at the head with a tingly relaxing feeling and helped him relax. I never felt any of that when I tried it when I was young lol

It doesn't keep you warm. It's a distraction.

I asked because of the conversation Jet and Onorgul were having about banning smoke, and I just don't understand why someoen would keep tobacco as a thing if they ren't already into it or are easily influenced teenagers who want to look cool.

it's addictive and people are weak minded and give in to physical/mental addiction easily.
if you read that page nicotine is a psychoactive drug that produces a lot of pleasant effects for people, does it outweigh likely trashing your lungs? personal preference

I've had smoker friends, but never heard any saying tobacco gives any kind of pleasant feeling, they only did out of addiction. Of course I've never personally tried it so I brought it up.

about the age of 3-4 I would douse my aunt and grandma's cigarettes in water, and hide their cigarette boxes.
tried 1 regular standard cigarette at the age of 13, coughed on 1 small wiff. never more, never again.
at the age of 16-18 I had a friend who smoked a lot, both cigarettes, weed (medicinal) and what not.
he used to tell me, if he ever found out i tried smoking anything, especially the ***he does, he would beat me up.

It calms their nerves. That's why they smoke to relieve stress. Like I said before, it's a common excuse.
I tried the vaping. Recently actually. If I wasn't so against smoking, I might take that up. Smoking and having it taste like pancakes is probably a good way to get people addicted! lol The cinnamon flavor was yummy.

back in '07 I was around smokers to the point to where I started craving nicotine when I wasn't around them, actually thought of smoking. Never did pick it up though.
