M$ has a tool to create the usb from the .iso

you shouldn't ever run it from inside windows...

and it's hard to tell the order of your boot devices :P

cloning the drive is just a bad idea, it's always best to do a fresh install.

It can be a very good time saving idea!

If he wanted a fresh install he would have done it!

It's more of a time saving idea when it starts having problems.

My sister-in-law just got admitted to the hospital! I'm going to be an aunt! (again) :D Oh, and it's a boy! ^^ He'll be my 5th aunting, but only the 2nd boy.
