welp, final day of work before the holiday break (tue-sunday)
accidentally made my boss rage by screwing up on a project from 2 weeks ago..

Had one last night where my opponent had 24hp still and I had 5.
My cards: Rockbiter weapon, Bloodlust, and Totemic Might.
Had just played a Frostwolf Warlord last turn, but sadly only got +3/+3 out of it (7/7 now).
Enemy had a Core Hound out. (9/5)
My field had 2 Raid Leaders, a Flametongue Totem, and the Frostwolf Warlord that just became ready.
I draw a Windfury.
'nuff said.
had a match earlier, when the oponent had 28 and I had 6. his field was full and mine only had a shitty minion.
silenced his tank, used all the cards in my hand, managed to take him down to 5.
I lost, but was GG... lol

we both have about 3-4 monsters on he field, and one shield (have to defeat the shield monster to attack him directly).
we both have enough damage to finish each other off, just a matter of bypassing the shield.
my turn. empty hand. draw 2gem effect monster.
play it, silences the shield (looss it's special abiility, stops being a shield)
attack
win game.

I've had a couple of those myself. Fun games even when you lose.
Flamestrike does wonders for things like that though. If you play mage anyway.

So I'm beginning to work on my unit plan for Macbeth. I was thinking of using supplemental material so that the students can see how these elements can be found in real life, like using an article or something like that showcasing greed in politics and starting coups to topple corrupt governments. I hope I have enough time, because I could see this being awesome.

So Bandai still won't acknowledge the upcoming HGUC Crossbone kit, but they'll use it in pics in the manual for other kits. :I
