I just wish they made it a standard that fanservice like this stays in certain types of shows, and not have it infect everything like it is now. A lot of shows I've watched had great potential, but was ruined by fanservice, and makes it impossible for me to enjoy it at all knowing what it could have been.

Even shows that I've watched for a while are starting to be cursed by it, and it is difficult for me to take them seriously anymore.

I can't really get into any new animes myself for much the same reason. It seems plot goes out the window whenever fanservice is present, and I just... can't invest. My best friend's wife suggested High School of the Dead, and I couldn't stomach more than two episodes.

HSOTD had so much potential for me but I couldn't get past it.

She was the only hope I saw for the show but they destroyed it before it even got good for me.
