I'm still on the hunt for something that can benefit me lol, those shake things I got are nice ... but even though they say no dairy... they still do have it in them ... and I can't do dairy :(

You'll probably pay a fortune for some true non-dairy stuff sadly. I was with the gym nutritionist a little while ago,saw all her credentials in her office. She's way more qualified than anyone else there and i felt the one meeting this morning was more productive than everything i've got from any of the other trainers combined up to this point.

Mmm i just tried to check how many calories i should roughtly be eating everyday, and the wisdom of the internet gave me like 20 different answers :O
I got numbers from 1,6k-2,4k >.> not sure if i'm just a little ocd about this, but that seems like quite the big range..

If you read my post,I was hesitant at first because she was focused on certain things that werent really in line with what I needed. I thought she might still have the same info/knowledge though. But having seen her qualifications and the info I got from her today,that completely changed. It wasnt because she was a woman,it was just because of everything I'd seen/heard about her before hand.

Average woman with little to no activity is 2k,obviously it varies a bit based on the person and what you do :P but 2k is a good number to base it off for you
